Places of Worship

Places of Worship are important representatives of our deepest joys, crises and family gatherings. A baptism or wedding, funeral or where we meet our closest relationships can emerge the cornerstones of our path. We use these well established community places of worship to come together in the most profound moments of our lives. I wanted to include these magnificent temples, or stone churches in a families website or story and be able to capture the feeling, the stillness, the color of the stonework and pewter to the feel of it’s quaint corners or immense ceilings. I love to visit churches and often walk my dogs there. It is always such a lovely way to reach back through time and peer at the names on the grave stones in the back or to learn the history of how the church came to be in this place on someone’s beloved hometown.
