Thinking of Pam and how I wish so I could of gotten her story.

This is one the the reason’s why I wish I was better at getting the word out of what it is I really do. To capture one’s story in words, voice recordings, images and videos and slides. To preserve them in a way that can be shared by many or few by family and offspring. To hand down the richness of a person’s life. I asked Pam Torres one of our dearest oldest friends, who recently passed away from Cancer, if I could gather her photos and stories in order to give it to her daughter and grand-daughter. She was interested but very in the thick of getting her cancer treatments and steadily loosing her life’s energy to really do much else but make her doctor appointments and care for her pets. I wish I could of been able to get more of her stories. Her memories and organize the hundreds maybe even thousands of photographs her husband had taken since he was an excellent photographer. But this never happened. If I had a recipe to give some others out there who still can create their story. Their audio biography. This may be what it would look like. For Pam, it became too late but hopefully there will be another person who I can help to preserve their life’s story and thus give the gift of a person’s life in story vines.
